We stand behind every piece in our collection. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us through Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end.

Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different style or size where available. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve it immediately — no questions asked.

Every piece is made to last. If it isn't, we'll fix it.
